ADULT SACRAMENT PREP

Adult Sacramental Preparation is for all adults 18+ who are out of high school. This is a 9-month program that will prepare adults for reception of all of the Sacraments of Initiation.

Our Adult Sacrament Prep comprises of weekly formation meetings on Wednesday Nights from 6pm - 7:30pm in St. Clare Hall. Once a month, that class will consist of our SUMMA offering, which is open to ALL adults of the parish. Summa (named after St. Thomas Aquinas’ largest work) is where you’ll have deeper formation specifically for YOU by amazing speakers. This is also a fantastic time if you’re new to Aquinas, to get to know other parishioners.

There will also be a one-day, on-campus retreat for on December 9th.

OCIA (OR ORDER OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS - FORMERLY KNOWN AS RCIA) is for ANY ADULTS who are entering the church and receiving baptism, confirmation & First Holy Communion at the easter Vigil. ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE THE SAME, but CATECHUMENS WILL BE PLACED AT TABLES WITH OTHER OCIA CANDIDATES FOR DEEPER INSTRUCTION.

REGISTRATION Is $75. THE FEE ALSO INCLUDES Our one-day RETREAT.

REGARDING PAPERWORK - Those receiving Baptism this year (OCIA) need the packet listed “Baptism+ Paperwork”. Everything is in there. If you are ALREADY baptized, then you need “Confirmation Paperwork” only.
